Blue Ant Media closes out 2017 with its bouquet of channels launching throughout the Asia Pacific region including Thailand, Hong Kong and the Maldives
Singapore (November 29, 2017) – Blue Ant Media announced from ATF (Asia TV Forum and Market) today several new distribution deals across the Asia Pacific region for Love Nature, a joint venture with Smithsonian Networks, and its 4K and HD linear channels; ZooMoo a children’s nature linear television channel and joint venture with AT&T; and recently acquired linear channels Blue Ant Entertainment (formerly RTL CBS Entertainment) and Blue Ant Extreme (formerly RTL CBS Extreme).
These deals showcase the ongoing expansion of Blue Ant Media’s roster of channels in the Asia Pacific region which will introduce audiences across the region to Love Nature’s exclusive and family-friendly, original wildlife and nature content via its 4K and HD linear channels; ZooMoo’s 500 hours of original content combining spectacular wildlife footage with puppetry, animation and narration for the Kids 2-7 category; Blue Ant Entertainment’s top drama, reality series, late night talk shows and prestigious U.S. award show telecasts; and Blue Ant Extreme’s action-packed content, offering popular series, extreme sports, magic and reality programming.

Blue Ant Media has extended its carriage deal of Blue Ant Entertainment and Blue Ant Extreme on TrueVisions in Thailand for another two years. The two channels have also land on AIS in Thailand on the AIS OTT platform. Blue Ant Entertainment will also continue its carriage on Now TV (PCCW) in Hong Kong for three more years and NOW has also picked up Blue Ant Extreme as part of this deal.
Love Nature and ZooMoo will launch on Dhirragu Maldives, a leading digital service provider in the Maldives, offering 60 premium linear channels with genres ranging from prime-time television to newscasts, documentaries to lifestyle television in multiple languages.
