Blue Ant International Inks Content Deal With Architect Films

Blue Ant International to exclusively represent two new Original series and over 135 hours from Architect Films’ current catalog, all available at MIPCOM

Toronto, ON (October 13, 2017)Blue Ant International, a division of Blue Ant Media and leaders in global content distribution, announced today its distribution deal with globally-known and respected lifestyle producer Architect Films. The deal sees Blue Ant International exclusively representing two new original series created by Architect and over 135 hours from their current library, available at MIPCOM. The deal highlights Blue Ant International’s continued expansion as it shores up more content partnerships with high quality content creators.

Specializing in lifestyle series, Architect Films’ catalog includes Season I and II of Sugar Showdown (34×30; HD), a competition-based series where during each episode three expert bakers compete to make their best dessert incorporating one mystery ingredient for a chance to win a $10,000 prize. Decked Out (50×30’;HD) is an outdoor construction show that follows charismatic designer/carpenter Paul Lafrance through the process of creating backyard decks with a “creative edge” for his roster of clients.

Blue Ant International will also represent two new greenlights created by Architect Films available for pre-sale at MIPCOM this Fall. Birthday Cake Battle w/t (10×30; HD), an original series created for Makeful in Canada, is a fun and friendly baking competition series that, each week, sees two cake-makers battle it out in an attempt to make one child’s most awesome birthday cake imaginable a reality. Also new to market is Lakefront Luxury w/t (10×30; HD), an original series created for the Cottage Life channel in Canada. Lakefront Luxury is a three-house format series that sees a new couple each week hunt for, and eventually choose their dream lakefront home.
