(Toronto, ON – July 30, 2019) – Blue Ant Studios’ Toronto-based production company, Saloon Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Crowe to Production Executive. In his new role, Nick focuses on developing new series and specials for the global market in factual entertainment and is also responsible for forging relationships and partnerships with domestic and international partners and broadcasters.

Nick joins Saloon Media after three years working in independent production where he developed and oversaw series such as Thank You, Canada (History Channel), Northern Gold (TVO) and Spaceman (CBC). Nick was formerly Director of Original Factual Content at Shaw Media where he looked after production and development of new series and specials destined for History Channel, National Geographic Channel and Global including Ice Road Truckers, Dieppe Uncovered and William Shatner’s Weird or What.
