
(Toronto, ON – October 30, 2019) – Blue Ant Media continues to grow Love Nature and ZooMoo’s digital platforms with the appointment of Stephanie Atlas to Vice President, Digital Content & Programming, Nature and Kids, effective immediately. In this newly created position, Atlas directs the creative vision for both Love Nature and ZooMoo’s social media presence, ensuring that users have a unified and comprehensive brand experience online. Atlas works out of Blue Ant’s Washington DC office. She reports to LA-based Greg Kampanis, SVP and General Manager, Digital, Blue Ant Media Global Networks, which includes Love Nature, ZooMoo, and Omnia Media.

Working cross-functionally with Washington DC-based Carlyn Staudt, EVP, Love Nature, Programming & Development, Atlas also oversees programming and launch strategies for Love Nature and ZooMoo’s SVOD and AVOD products while leading digital strategies across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize engagement and drive subscriber growth.
Atlas has over 14 years of experience in creating and executing integrated digital and social media campaigns. Most recently she operated her own firm, Atlas & Co, in which she designed campaigns that included PassBlue, a Facebook Live campaign covering women in peacekeeping in Afghanistan and the Biden Cancer Summit, a social media campaign around developing cancer solutions.
Atlas previously worked at National Geographic as Senior Director, Culture + Exploration, in which she launched a digital brand featuring stories about the natural world, cultures, and social change. Prior to that role, she held positions at National Geographic that included creating the editorial vision and branding for the National Geographic’s interactive daily magazine, Snapchat Discover and launching Nat Geo Wild’s first digital nature series, Wild_life.
