The Virtual Fall Cottage Life Show is a one-stop online destination dedicated to educating and inspiring show-goers on how to make the most of their cottage getaway. From cottagers planning a significant rebuild, a small renovation or simply looking to embrace the off season and make their retreat a year-round destination, the Virtual Fall Cottage Life Show has everything from boats to docks to furniture, arts and décor, building products and more.
“Understanding early on that a face-to-face show wasn’t going to happen this fall due to COVID-19, we switched focus to launch a platform that would bring our Fall Cottage Life Show to guests virtually,” says Greg McLeod, Director, Consumer Shows at Blue Ant Media. “Similar to our in-person events, we’ll have interactive live stages offering show-goers the opportunity to connect with our experts. So whether guests are planning a renovation, looking for ways to make the most out of their time at the cottage, or considering cottage ownership for the first time, they can find everything they need at our virtual show.”
Joining the virtual Main Stage this year are Cottage Life stars and co-authors of the new book Escapology, Colin and Justin, who will show visitors how to transform their cottage into the ultimate dream getaway. With the cottage real estate market being hotter than ever before, Cottage Life magazine’s Editor, Michelle Kelly, will discuss what potential buyers should consider when purchasing cottage properties as they dream about leaving the city. Hope for Wildlife Star, Hope Swinimer, will take fans through a virtual tour of her animal rehabilitation facility; and Cottage Coach DIYer, Adam Holman, will demonstrate how to make your very own custom desk to work from home – or the cottage!
