(Toronto, ON – December 12, 2023) – Love Drama, a new free streaming channel in partnership with Muse Entertainment, launches today on PlutoTV and LG Channels in Canada, offering audiences a mix of homegrown Canadian movies, series and mini-series that span genres from romance to drama, mystery and thrillers. This December, in the spirit of the holidays, Love Drama is gifting audiences with a “Love Christmas” programming event, stacked with guilty-pleasure rom-coms. The lineup features movies such as Welcome to Christmas, which follows a resort developer who finds love when she visits the small town of Christmas, Colorado; Marry Me at Christmas, the story of a bridal boutique owner who is planning an exquisite Christmas wedding when she is swept off her feet by the bride’s brother; and Holidaze, the holiday journey of a corporate workaholic who wakes up in an alternate universe, married to her childhood sweetheart.

A young woman in charge of building a float for the Rose Parade clashes with the executive whose company is sponsoring it. With a lot at stake for both of them, and only a ragtag team of volunteers, they’ll have to learn to play nice with each other if they have any chance of making the New Year’s deadline. And, along the way, they discover they may be building a romance as well as a float.

Sparks fly when bakery owner Molly and newcomer Josh, a widower who recently moved to town with his young son, first meet, but Molly’s enchanted by a mysterious client she’s never met in person and it takes a special wish delivered by Christmas to bring Molly and Josh together again.
- Holidaze
Melody (Jennie Garth, Beverly Hills, 90210), a high-powered workaholic for a retail conglomerate, is happy to spend the holiday jet-setting with her girlfriends. However, she’s in for an unpleasant surprise when her boss sends her to her sleepy hometown to build a new discount store and deal with the reluctant townspeople. Desperate to get back to her real life, Melody takes a spill and wakes up in an alternate universe where she never left home and is married to her childhood sweetheart, Carter.
- If I Only Had Christmas
Kansas City publicist Darcy Gale lands her dream job, helping cynical VP Glen Goodman save a charity in time for Christmas. But Glen’s surprise revelation at the Christmas gala threatens to destroy their budding romance before it begins.
- Marry Me at Christmas
Organizing a Christmas wedding is a true treat for bridal boutique owner Madeline Krug. What Madeline didn’t expect was to be swept off her feet by the bride’s brother, movie star Jonny Blake, who falls for Madeline. Madeline finds the real Jonny even more captivating than her celebrity crush. Will the action star be brave enough to take on the role of a lifetime?
- Welcome to Christmas
The town of Christmas, Colorado is in the running to have a new ski resort built nearby, which would boost the town’s declining and much-needed tourism. A widower with two daughters, Sheriff Gage McBride, is tapped to help convince hard-nosed businesswoman Madison Lane that Christmas is the perfect place for the new resort. Fueled by his Aunt Nell’s plans to make the visiting executive fall in love with the town, Gage and the people of Christmas set out to melt Madison’s icy heart and win her over.
In the coming months, for audiences looking to binge suspenseful and explosive whodunits with strong female characters, Love Drama will rollout nail-biters such as Mind Over Murder, which introduces audiences to an unhappy-in-love lawyer who suffers a severe head injury, which gives her psychic powers to read minds and catch a killer.
