In the run-up to Content Americas 2025, the studio has secured sales for several premium unscripted series with AMC Networks International Southern Europe and Warner Bros. Discovery Spain across its History, Factual Entertainment and Formats categories. The new sales underscore Blue Ant Studios’ expanding footprint in the Spanish market, driven by the growing demand for high-quality unscripted entertainment with Spanish-speaking audiences.
AMC Networks International Southern Europe has opted for a bundle of formats and factual content, including Seasons 1-3 of Best in Miniature (26×60′), a unique competition series showcasing the creativity of miniature artists; Seasons 1-4 of Race Against the Tide (40×60′), a thrilling sand sculpting competition; David Rocco’s Dolce Southeast Asia (13×30’), which explores the vibrant food cultures of Southeast Asia; and David Rocco’s Dolce Italia (Seasons 1-3, 39×30’ and Season 4, 13×30’ & 1×60’), a culinary journey through Italy’s regional flavors.
Rounding out the deals is a three-season order, by Warner Bros. Discovery Spain, of Mysteries from Above (30×60′), an exhilarating series exploring remote and hard-to-reach locations through aerial drone footage.

Grab your rulers, this is Best in Miniature – the most epic miniature showdown where artists pour their hearts and souls into creating fantasy houses one tiny room at a time. This season, ten miniaturists from across Canada and beyond, will unleash their creative superpowers, crafting petite wonders, in 1/12 scale, as time ticks away. Each week the judges will decide whose delicate dreams have come to an end, who’s got what it takes to move forward and claim a prestigious residency and $10 000. The miniaturists better not get worked up over the minor details because if they survive the chopping block, they’ll score the ultimate prize.

Race Against the Tide brings 10 world-class sand sculpting teams to the shores of the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick to test their skills in the toughest outdoor art competition on the planet.
