Animal Impossible Premieres Wednesday, October 14 and Spy In The Wild, Season 2 Premieres Sunday, October 18

(Toronto, ON – October 7, 2020) – This October, BBC Earth gets up close and personal with adorable, cuddly and deadly animals. First to premiere, the all-new original series Animal Impossible, following adventurous hosts Tim Warwood and Adam Gendle as they travel to great lengths to put incredible facts and myths about the animal kingdom to the test to prove if they are true. The second installment of Spy in the Wild, narrated by Emmy and BAFTA Award winner, David Tennant, sees nature’s spies go back undercover to capture never before seen animal behaviour, such as gorillas singing together during a meal and stingrays ‘vortex feeding’. The new season features over 50 ultra-realistic animatronic spy creatures across 30 different countries. From a lifesize animatronic spy polar bear to a bat, gorilla, king penguin and crocodile, each spy creature looks like the animals they film and behaves like them too. The Canadian broadcast premiere of Animal Impossible airs Wednesday, October 14 at 8 p.m. ET and Season 2 of Spy In The Wild airs Sunday, October 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, exclusively onBBC Earth in Canada.
