Creep Week to bring T+E fans and Halloween enthusiasts alike a jam-packed schedule with terrifying tales of ghosts, creepy clowns and more

(Toronto, ON – October 9, 2018) – T+E, a Blue Ant Media specialty channel, will lead into Halloween with a special line-up of programming dedicated to the channel’s favourite holiday. Creep Week, running Friday, October 26 to Wednesday, October 31, will leave viewers feeling spooked with fan-favourite thrillers like Paranormal Activity and Stephen King’s It interwoven with great new series like Haunted Hospitals and Celebrity Ghost Stories.
The official premiere of T+E’s new, original series, Haunted Hospitals will debut earlier in the month on Friday, October 12 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Additionally, the new series has been pegged to kick off the week of creep by featuring a mini-marathon of episodes, including repeated airings of Episodes 1 and 2 at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET and the premiere of Episode 3 at 10 p.m. ET.

Haunted Hospitals (13×60’; HD) tells the chilling stories of paranormal activity inside hospitals, nursing homes and morgues. In each episode, doctors, nurses and patients give first-hand accounts of deceased patients who come back from the grave, doctors who insist on tending to their patients, even in death, and spirits who stalk corridors to warn of impending danger. As the personal stories unfold, the mysteries behind the troubled souls and hauntings are brought to life. Haunted Hospitals is produced by Bristow Global Media for Blue Ant Media.

Stephen King’s IT (part one) airs Saturday, October 27 at 9 p.m. ET/10 p.m. PT and IT (part two) airs Sunday, October 28 at 9 p.m. ET/10 p.m. ET

Based on the Stephen King novel, Pet Sematary follows the Creed family as they move from Chicago to the sleepy small town of Ludlow, Maine. Mysterious happenings occur after their beloved family cat is hit by a truck and buried in the old cemetery behind their new home.
True Horror mini-marathon airs Monday, October 29 from 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. ET
The series recounts real stories of terrifying encounters. Episodes featured include the real life tale of a single mother’s battle to protect herself and her defenceless baby from a house with a tormented past to the story of a young family that makes a seemingly idyllic move to the countryside that quickly turns into an unexpected nightmare.
Celebrity Ghost Stories mini-marathon airs Tuesday, October 30 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. ET
The first and only series where celebrities share their real life personal encounters with the paranormal. The series represents a new breed of documentary storytelling and is told completely through first person narrative by the respected actors, musical artists and athletes who have experienced these phenomenon themselves. Paranormal Activity (2007) and Paranormal Activity (2010) airs back-to-back on October 31 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. ET
The film series follows a young couple that is stalked and terrorized by a nightly demonic presence after moving into a suburban home. The second installment in the series takes viewers back to explore what happens when the couple’s extended family experiences what they believe to be a series of “break-ins,” only to discover that something much more sinister is quickly unfolding after installing security cameras.
T+E is also treating fans to a special, short-form psychological thriller available now on YouTube. Damaged (8×12’) follows student Michael Craven after he is attacked by a local gang of thugs and suffers a serious head injury. When Michael seeks revenge but instead witnesses another attack, Detective Laura Shane becomes suspicious that Michael is responsible for a series of unsolved murders committed by a mysterious individual known as The Wolf. The series is accompanied by an online interactive experience that allows viewers to discover clues in the series’ episodes and use them to unveil the identity of The Wolf.
