Deborah Gurofsky Elevated to SVP & Managing Director of Media Pulse
As part of Media Pulse’s continued expansion, Taylor Farmer and Asha Chohan have been appointed to senior roles on the team: Director of Programmatic Revenue & Operations and Account Director, respectively

(Toronto, Canada – September 5, 2024) – International production studio, rights business and channel operator, Blue Ant Media, announced today the promotion of Deborah Gurofsky to the role of SVP & Managing Director, Media Pulse, Canada’s exclusive connected TV (CTV) marketplace. Additionally, two senior leadership hires have been added to the Media Pulse team, signaling the business’ continued growth after a record-setting year. Based out of the U.S., Taylor Farmer is Director, Programmatic Revenue & Operations. Asha Chohan, operating from Toronto, has been appointed Account Director. Both roles will report to Deborah directly.
In her new role, Deborah Gurofsky is charged with overseeing Media Pulse’s operations, with expanded responsibilities for monetizing Blue Ant Media’s owned and operated CTV inventory worldwide, excluding direct platform sales. She is also tasked with advancing the business’ growth and innovation, which include creating and executing attention-driving activations in the CTV media sector and via direct in-game advertising. Further, Deborah will oversee the development of innovative CTV campaigns and customizable solutions, leveraging Media Pulse’s distinctive proprietary tools and strategic partnerships to deliver top-tier results for its Canadian advertising clients.
Deborah previously served as VP, Partnerships for Media Pulse. Prior to Media Pulse, Deborah worked at dentsu where she led Integrated Media and Branded Content for General Motors and Procter & Gamble. In 2023, Deborah was voted one of the top 50 women game changers in TV by Adwanted Events (powered by The Media Leader and Videonet).

Taylor Farmer’s role as Director of Programmatic Revenue & Operations brings over 10 years of experience managing programmatic marketplaces, including stints at Amagi Ads, Paramount+ and Index Exchange. Asha Chohan joins the team as Account Director. Prior to Media Pulse, she held senior sales roles at Corus Entertainment for 14 years, spanning Digital, Tempo and Broadcast Sales.
